Beautiful venue, requiring very little decorating, in a stunning location. Coordination leading up to the day was handled smoothly via regular check-ins through the online portal. Wedding coordinators on the day were very attentive and handle everything with no problems. Amazing food, including the pizza's on the evening. This is an absolutely fantastic venue, which is extremely accommodating, with great surroundings and has a really nice intimate feeling to it. My wife and I attended Hannah & Dave’s Wedding Yesterday. We were both fasting as it is the month of Ramadan, the staff were all very accommodating, they put food aside for use, which was hot and 3 course meal, the staff continued to engage with us throughout the night, placed desserts on the table and came and found us to let us know. I cannot recommend this place enough, and want to thank all the staff for being so accommodating and understanding! The engagement of the staff with the guests was a pleasure to see. This has to be one of the best wedding / venues I’ve been to.

We couldn’t recommend Healey Barn as a wedding venue anymore highly! The venue welcomed all our guests like a cosy hug. The atmosphere was magical with the lighting, decor and Christmas tree, and nicely warm with the fire and underfloor heating. The tables were set out beautifully by the experienced staff, who also did a fantastic job making sure everything ran smoothly. It was the food that was stand out though - absolutely delicious and plentiful - and the thing that all our guests are raving about. A huge thank you to Jack and the team for making our day so special!

We just wanted to send a message to say a massive thank you to every single person at Healey Barn for helping us organise the most special wedding. We got our dream white winter wedding (still can't believe it!!) and have memories to hold on to forever - there's no way it would have been as special without you all there to help us along the way.
Healey Barn was the first (and last) wedding venue we viewed after getting engaged last February - we both knew as soon as we stepped in to the barn that we wanted to book. We were given the most welcoming tour which answered all of our questions and put our minds at rest that we were able to organise a wedding in 10 months, everything was so clear and the process/timeline so easy to understand!
We came to the feast night back in June to see the wedding venue and to experience the venue as a guest - it was such a special evening and an amazing way of hosting potential couples and their families and even couples that have been married there previously!
I've been blown away with how helpful you've been via Cordero - There wasn't a message that went unanswered for more than 24 hours (and with the most helpful answers no matter how daft my questions got towards the end of the wedding planning process!) and the service felt so personal. Your advice, recommendations and support was really appreciated.
We'd just like to say a huge thank you to Jack, our wedding co-ordinator, and kept the day so calm and streamlined from start to finish. We found the planning meeting so helpful a few days before to run through the plan and to get any last minute questions and queries answered.

What can I say about Healey Barn and the amazing staff? Words are not enough to say how amazing they are. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more. The venue was absolutely incredible and we had the perfect weather. We had so many compliments on how gorgeous the venue was and even though it was cold, everyone used the outside space with the lovely fire pits.
The staff are second to none! Leanne, Jack and Jack were so so welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble, they went above and beyond to make our wedding day extra special. The communication before the wedding was fantastic, they put myself and Robin at complete ease. They recommended suppliers, helped us if we had any problems, they were incredible. Our guests noticed how attentive all the staff were and so many people said it was the best wedding they had ever been to-and we agree! We had Jack looking after us in the day, and he made us feel at ease, he helped out so much and was a complete superstar. Jack two was amazing in the evening as well, thank you both so so much. The food was also the most delicious food we have ever tasted. All our guests again said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. We can’t thank Healey Barn and the staff enough. My wife and I got married here a week ago and can't recommend the venue enough! We booked a year in advance and all our interactions with the team have been straight forward, reassuring and friendly. They've taken all our questions, comments and ideas on board and made the process really easy and stress free. On the actual day, Jack was incredible and put us both at ease with lots of communication and there was clearly slick organisation by all the team. I couldn't recommend Healey more! We chose Healey for our wedding just 5 months before the big day and had a fantastic experience. I run events for a living and could tell they were great from the start. Leanne, the many Jacks, and the rest of the team were brilliant to work with - always replying quickly and ready to accommodate our needs whether that was an unusual reception drink, visits to the venue and a vast array of dietary requirements. The venue is stunning and set up for a great wedding come rain or shine. Our wedding at Healey was incredible, the venue couldn’t have been enjoyed more by our guests or ourselves. All the staff were super helpful and accommodating - always quick to reply to any question, and there to help with any problems. The food was enjoyed by all, everyone was very impressed by the standard of the food, as well as the large portion sizes. The barn, the courtyard, and the dining room were perfect for every section of our day, and the landscape around the barn created such a magnificent backdrop for our photos. It was both our photographer’s and videographer’s first time visiting Healey on the day of the wedding, but the staff at Healey were so helpful that they didn’t encounter any problems and the beautiful setting made it incredibly easy to find nice areas for photos even when it started raining. I wholeheartedly recommend.

We loved the ceremony hall the moment we viewed it – the high ceilings, beams and chandeliers are beautiful. We loved the fact it was surrounded by countryside too. The setting is stunning, from the ceremony room with the gorgeous mantelpiece to the reception room with the fabulous views of the countryside beyond to the courtyard with the greenery and awesome fire pits. Not only that but the staff were amazing - answering all of our questions and showing us around the venue several times between our booking and the wedding. There were lots of different options we could include to customise our wedding exactly the way that we wanted it. The whole process was incredibly straightforward and the team were always quick to respond to any questions and very helpful.
On the day of the wedding, the staff were amazing, resulting in a smooth and stressfree day for us both. The food was fantastic (we had four canapes, BBQ rump of beef and brownies with cream, then pizzas in the evening) and all of our guests were very complimentary. The barn was a beautiful place to get married and has resulted in some stunning photographs and we couldn't be happier.

From the moment we visited way back in 2018 we knew it was the one for us. We were originally due to be married in 2020 and all through the Covid rearrangements the team at Healey could not have been more helpful and supportive. 
The day itself was perfect in everyway. As we were two brides we wanted to remain hidden from each other and the Healey team made sure that happened. We booked with 9 months to plan and the online Cordero system made everything so seamless. We could view all of our timings, menus and send any queries we had straight to the co-ordinators at Healey Barn. They were extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. Well what can I say?!... everything from first choosing the venue until after the wedding day has been the best customer service that I have ever received from any company.
The venue speaks for itself and I don’t need to comment on that as everybody can see just how beautiful it is.
The messaging system that they use is brilliant, everything in one place, organised, attentive and really helpful advice too. This made the run up to the wedding extremely stress free.
Jack who was our manager on the day called me the day before and was excellent at running through all the final bits in a really casual, human way, again so stress free. I made a couple of last minute changes and Jack sorted this for me without a problem.
Then the big day..... Jack was brilliant, just brilliant. He ensured everything went so smoothly (and everything did!), checked in with us when he needed to but in a friendly casual manner and we both felt that we could ask him anything on the day.
Since we were married, the staff continue to be attentive with collection of items and return of our bond.

From the moment we walked in, we both knew this was our venue. We were already excited driving up to the barn because the surroundings are stunning. Then you go inside and WOW! It’s absolutely beautiful. It’s done to such a high standard - a perfect blend of rustic and elegant. But they don’t just rely on the aesthetic. The staff are incredible. Every single person is helpful, professional and incredibly friendly. It really makes the experience. Massive shout out to Jack (our front of house on the day) who was beyond brilliant. I’m a bit of a control freak but I was completely relaxed knowing he had everything in hand. He made our day so special and is just an absolute star! We must also thank Charlotte for answering all our questions on the open day and at the feast night (not to mention her napkin folding skills, ha). To top it all off the food was incredible. So many people told us that they were the best canapés they’d ever had (the beef sirloin is a must) and that it was the best meal too. The Healey team had answers for every question (however specific or strange)... right up to the day before the wedding. The whole process was incredibly smooth and stress-free, nothing like what we'd expected! Our brief was 'a massive party with a bit of a wedding in the middle' - and Healey Barn delivered. On the day itself the Charlotte and her team were there for everything - from helping wrangle bands and DJ kit to sorting wonky button-hole flowers, We didn't have to worry about any of the logistics on the day, as the team made sure people were ushered here and there... The bar staff were great, too. They kept everyone going until 1am (another bonus is the late licence!). And, echoing every other review, the food is second-to-none. If you're thinking about having your wedding at Healey Barn, go to a Feast Night. We've had non-stop good reviews on the food from our guests... even the picky ones. One final note is the next day. The last thing you need is to have to get up early, then sort things out at the venue. But the guys tidied everything together and organised everything perfectly, leaving it all in one place to be picked up. A little thing, but something that made the day after that much better.

We could not have asked for a more perfect, magical day. From the moment I arrived, Jack, our wedding coordinator, was attentive, wonderfully caring and incredibly organised. The whole day went off without a hitch! The food was second to none. We had quite a few 'foodie' guests at our wedding, who kept coming up to us during the meal and saying how unbelievable the food was. To anyone wondering what to go for, I would highly recommend the mixed grill with roast potatoes as well as the creme brûlée. Hands down, the best I've ever had (and I've had quite a few...) The online booking and messaging system that they have in place makes life so much easier when it comes to organising everything, because it just feels like they really know what they're doing. I didn't feel overwhelmed or lost in information at any point which is a huge bonus for any bride and groom. If I could do it all over again at Healey Barn, I would! Healey Barn is a stunning venue set in beautiful countryside. When we were first looking at wedding venues it was the stand out from online searches, the pictures speak for themselves but seeing it in person was even better. It’s absolutely stunning. Once booked, the whole process was an absolute breeze from start to finish, the team are so friendly and helpful that we never had any stress at any point. There are cheaper venues but for everything you get here it’s well worth it. When it came to our actual wedding day, Charlotte, Doug and the whole team were great and made sure we didn’t have to worry about anything. The food was amazing and the portions were properly generous, and there were a lot of compliments about it. The licence is until 1a.m. too which seemed a bit later than other places. Highly recommended.

We were so blown away by the beautiful barn and the amazing surroundings we didn't even view anywhere else. It was perfect for the rustic theme we wanted. I can't speak more highly of the staff. They communicated through a message system which works brilliantly. The responses are immediate and we felt like special guests! We loved visiting the barn to show our friends and family and they are very accommodating. Our planning meeting was perfect and communications leading up to the day made me feel at ease. They were flexible with our choices and amazing when it came to specific dietary requirements. The evening before I received a call from our planner Jack in which we ran through the day putting my mind at ease. On the day I arrived and was met by Jack he was kind and really supportive. I am an anxious person and worried about how I would cope but I can't explain how much I loved and enjoyed every minute of our day. From walking down the aisle in the beautiful barn with the gorgeous fireplace to the lovely reception room which was even better than I had hoped. The added bonus is the courtyard we were so lucky the sun shone down on us and the guests made the most of the outside area. The firepits were brilliant with marshmallows and sparklers during the evening. We had a brilliant disco and we danced the whole night. The food was out of this world. We can't stop looking at our photographs they are so perfect in the barn and outside with views of Northumberland. Thank you for making our day so special.

We had our wedding at Healey Barn and it was honestly unbelieveable from start to finish. We knew when we first viewed Healey that it was without question the only place we were going to get married in. The place is absolutely gorgeous, with the rustic barn charm we craved whilst also being surrounded by beautiful countryside to capture some great shots in. When we first saw Healey Barn we knew this venue was where we wanted to get married. The ceremony room is beautiful as well as the courtyard, we also chose the venue due to the beautiful surroundings and we were able to get wonderful photos in the woods and fields with our photographer.

Where to even start with how amazing this venue this! The barn itself is beautiful, the courtyard and surroundings are stunning! Healey Barn uses an online booking system right from the day you book, which makes it really easy to communicate with the venue/ask questions. You can use that as much or as little as you like, we only had the odd reason to use it right up until the last 2-3 months where you start pulling everything together. You also get a planning meeting with one of their team, we loved ours and before we even had a chance to ask any questions they had covered them! The most important part (apart from the marriage of course) FOOD - absolutely amazing! Every single one of our guests loved it! We had the pizza oven in the evening as well which is a great way to add some theatre and entertain your guests as well as feed them. You get offered the chance to go to a feast evening in the run up to your wedding, this is an additional cost but we honestly found it amazing. There is so much more we could say about Healey Barn but we would never fit it in, the team are amazing and we had the best most perfect day of our lives!

My husband and I are still on cloud 9 and cannot get over what a perfect day we had thanks to all at Healey. It is warm and welcoming with amazing views. The whole booking process was easy and broken down so clearly, their online communication system is so efficient and it meant that both my husband and I were in the loop, very handy as he works away! I know a lot of couples worry about "wedding factories" but Healey is not one of those places, they have vast experience which means everything runs so smoothly, I really felt I was in the hands of experts and no task or question was too small or frivolous- they make you feel like the only wedding they host all year!

The food is outstanding and the family style serving meant people can choose what they like and have as much or as little as they want, so many guests commented that they hadn't had such good food in a long time- and this was 2 days after Christmas! I dont think I could thank the staff at Healey Barn enough for all the hard work they put in to making our wedding day perfect. We were looked after all day by Leanne and Charlotte and then Jack looked after us in the evening. I was insanely nervous and they made sure I had water to sip and kept me calm. My husband went early in the morning to set up and he said everyone was very helpful so that he could finish quickly. The food is simply incredible. They hold taster evenings at different times in the year and I highly recommend attending one. “Healey Barn was just perfection for our intimate winter wedding. The venue looked like it had been lifted from a fairytale with the roaring fire, candle light and fairy lights scattered throughout.

Where do I begin with Healey Barn.. The venue itself speaks volumes, it’s outstanding. Leanne and the team have been amazing, we booked over 18 months ago and feel like we have been dealing with friends and family at the barn as opposed to being customers. The planning prior is effortless, you sit down, discuss your day one to one. We had Charlotte, who is a wedding fanatic. She really helped us add bits, move things around and plan our day better. At some venues I have heard horror stories about them being like production lines of brides and grooms, Healey Barn is the polar opposite to that, yes, they are getting busier, but they have not lost their personal touch feeling. We were always greeted by name when visiting on open days etc. The big day itself, wow simply unreal, better than me or my now wife could have ever imagined. We were gifted with amazing sunny weather in the middle of February, and it just set the mood for the day. Everything ran to time, even with a few sneaky photos to capture the amazing sunset. The food was phenomenal, we have had so many compliments on the day from guests. Even a week later we are still getting comments on how good the food is at Healey Barn - I cannot stress enough how good our wedding breakfast was. Overall Healey Barn is phenomenal, it’s a very unique and beautiful place, which is run by very caring, dedicated and genuine people.

Hearing ‘Go and relax, we’ve got this’ put a very nervous groom’s mind at ease when trying to arrange things on the morning! Nothing was too much trouble for them; from last minute requests to view the table layout on a random weekend to checking the sound system a week before the wedding. “If you haven’t picked your wedding venue yet and you want something that is unique and different then this place is for you! We got married here on the 16th of August 2017 and we had 50 daytime and 100 nighttime guests. From the very start, the team at Healey Barn were very professional and offered a service that went above and beyond expectations. I have worked in the wedding industry before and know that some venues can make you feel like you’re on a production line but the staff at Healey Barn really go out of their way to make you feel that your day is the most important. They have an online system that makes contact easy and nothing was a bother to the team. 

Our guests have talked about how beautiful the place is and our wedding pictures reflect this. Everyone fell in love with this venue and it is easy to see why. The food is served generously and the roast potatoes were the best I have ever tasted! In the evening we had the ham and cheese buffet and it was all gone, which was a pleasure to see.

Last month my best friend became my wife at this beautiful venue. It was the most perfect day in the most perfect place. “As father of the bride, combined with my rampant OCD, I must have been a demanding client for Healey Barn. However, such is the manner and professionalism of the team at Healey Barn, I felt there was nothing that was too much bother for them. They were flexible, responsive, relaxed and precise, and this meant that our day went off without a hiccough. The weather was not good in the morning, but the sun came out in the evening, providing a fitting backdrop for the pictures which were taken in the Barns and grounds. We had a Religious ceremony followed by a brief civil ceremony, breakfast and evening ceilidh, all of which were smoothly co-ordinated by Leanne and her colleagues. The food was abundant and beautifully straightforward. I cannot recommend Healey Barn more highly.
